The Alcove is a "hidden place" where students gather once a month to discuss a book they choose. It is a club led by students for students. We meet in room H205 from 3:45 to 5pm, one Wednesday a month. Dates to be determined. Mrs. Long is the advisor. You can reach her at

Any CHS student who loves to read may join. There is no cost for the student. Books are provided.
