Dr. Brandon McPherson
Throughout my 17 years of education, I have held the role of teacher, support specialist, and coach. Most recently, I have served as the Student Support Specialist the last three years at Cartersville Middle School. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of West Georgia, master’s degree from Jacksonville State University, and my specialist and doctorate degrees from Liberty University.
I am excited to take on a new role at Cartersville Middle as an Assistant Principal. Serving our students and staff in a different capacity will give me the ability to support them in many ways. I'm passionate about fostering a supportive learning environment where students can thrive academically and socially. I am excited to continue making a positive impact in education from this new perspective!
My wife, Natalie, a teacher at Cartersville Elementary School and will also be taking on a new role this year as the 5th grade challenge teacher. We have two boys, Harper and Hudson, who will be starting 5th and 3rd this year in the CCS system. Go Canes!
